Preview a report

Learn how to preview output, adjust content, and download a preview.

Previewing a report lets you view the report effect before actually saving or exporting. If there are issues, you can adjust them early.

Preview mode displays a static version of the report including all text and charts.

Preview shows the complete report layout including data summaries, charts, and text content.

Check whether the data in the report displays correctly and whether charts are clear and readable.

If you find issues in the preview, click Edit to return to edit mode for adjustments.

Common adjustments include modifying text, replacing charts, or adjusting layout.

If you only need to share the preview with others, use the download preview option to save the current preview as an image or PDF.

Downloaded previews are not final reports; they are only for quick sharing.
