Data overview

Learn how to use the summary view, column configuration, and data quality signals to quickly assess data.

The data overview provides an overall view of the table including row count, field count, missing value status, and data type distribution.

Before diving into specific fields, use the overview to understand the overall health of the data and decide what to do next.

Summary view

The summary view shows overall table statistics: total rows, field count, total missing values, and major data type distribution.

If there are many missing values or a data type is unusually prominent, the summary view highlights these signals.

Column configuration

Column configuration provides detailed statistics for each field: data type, unique value count, missing value count, min/max values, and distribution.

Click a field's configuration to see more details such as a histogram or sample values.

Data quality signals

Data quality signals provide a comprehensive assessment of field issues: too many missing values, type inconsistencies, too many or too few enum categories.

Signals are marked with colors or icons to help you quickly locate areas that need attention.
