If Credits or a model is unavailable, check your account balance, upgrade your account, or wait and retry.
If a model is unavailable, the system prompts you to wait or switch to another model.
Check balance
View your current Credits balance in account settings. If the balance is insufficient, you need to purchase more Credits or wait for the next billing cycle.
If you are unsure about the balance, view detailed usage records in the account panel.
Upgrade account
If your current plan's allowance is insufficient, you can upgrade to a higher plan in account settings.
Upgrades take effect immediately and give you more Credits and model access.
Wait and retry
If a model is temporarily unavailable, the server may be under maintenance or experiencing high request volume.
Wait a few minutes and retry, or switch to another available model.
