You are responsible for using IMD lawfully and for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them in analysis, reporting, or decisions.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You keep ownership of the files and content you provide. You grant IMD the limited permission needed to process that content to provide requested product features.
AI features may be incomplete or inaccurate. IMD provides workflow assistance, not professional, legal, financial, or statistical advice.
We may update the product or these terms. Service availability can change because of maintenance, infrastructure, model providers, or operational issues.
