Login fails

Learn how to check credentials, network issues, and account lockout.

If login to IMD fails, first confirm you are using the correct account credentials. Login issues can have multiple causes.

Try logging in on the web first. If web login succeeds but the app fails, it may be an app configuration issue.

Check credentials

Confirm the username and password you entered are correct. If you forgot your password, use the password reset function.

Note case sensitivity and special characters. If you use third-party login (such as Google or GitHub), make sure that account has permissions.

Network issues

Check your network connection is working. Try accessing the IMD website to confirm connectivity.

If you are on a corporate network or using a proxy, you may need to configure network settings or contact your administrator.

Account lockout

If login fails multiple times, the account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock.

Make sure you are not using an account that has been disabled or expired.
