Troubleshooting
AI misunderstands data
Learn how to provide context, check field names, and clarify questions.
If the AI's answers about your data are irrelevant or wrong, it may be because the AI lacks sufficient context.
Make sure the AI knows which data table and fields you are looking at. Clear questions usually get better answers.
Provide context
When asking questions, clearly state the data table name, relevant fields, and your specific question.
For example, instead of asking 'what's wrong with this field', ask 'does the price field have outliers?'
Check field names
Confirm field names are spelled correctly in your questions. The AI relies on correct field names to understand your questions.
If field names are very long or complex, you can enclose them in quotes when asking questions.
Clarify questions
Vague questions get vague answers. Describe specifically what you want to know.
If you are unsure how to ask, start by asking 'what are the main fields in this table' to understand the data structure.
