Missing exported files

Learn how to check output location, find files, and re-export.

If you cannot find exported files, first check the default output location.

Files are usually saved in the project output folder, such as reports/ or assets/.

Check output

Confirm the save location selected during export. If the default location was used, files should be in the reports/ or assets/ folder.

If the project folder location has changed, output files may be in the old location or the new one.

If you are unsure about the file location, use your computer's search function to search by filename.

Filenames usually include the report name and export timestamp.

If you cannot find a file, re-export the report. Choose a clear location to make it easy to find.

After export, confirm the file has been saved to the specified location.
