Troubleshooting

If imd is not found, open a new terminal and confirm ~/.imd/bin is on PATH.

If login expires, run /login again. If a model is blocked, run /status and /model to confirm entitlement and available routes.

If installation fails, retry from a stable network and confirm the installer can download the matching platform binary.

imd not found

Open a new terminal and confirm ~/.imd/bin is on PATH before rerunning the installer.

Login expired

Run /login again from inside the CLI to refresh account authorization.

Model unavailable

Run /status and /model to confirm entitlement, gateway connection, and available model routes.

Install failed

Retry from a stable network and confirm the installer can download the matching platform binary.
